Research Tool, Not Investment Advice
Lena by Verdikt provides AI-generated stock research conclusions for informational purposes only. All outputs — including verdicts, conviction scores, bull/bear analyses, and risk assessments — are research conclusions, not investment recommendations.
Verdikt is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing produced by Lena constitutes personalised investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past performance of Lena’s research conclusions does not predict future results.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Do not trade based solely on Lena’s outputs without conducting your own research and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified financial advisor.
Permitted Use
Lena is a research tool. You may use it to:
- Research individual securities for your personal portfolio
- Evaluate market sentiment and multi-agent analytical perspectives
- Inform (not replace) your own investment research process
You may not use Lena to:
- Provide investment advice to third parties for compensation
- Operate a signal service or advisory business based on Lena’s outputs without Verdikt’s written consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the analysis pipeline
Jurisdiction
This service is intended for users in jurisdictions where AI-generated financial research content is not subject to local regulatory approval requirements. This service is not directed at residents of the European Union at version 1. Verdikt does not hold any FINRA, SEC, or equivalent registration. FINRA regulations do not apply — Lena does not execute trades or act as a broker-dealer.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Your account is identified by your Telegram user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Subscriptions are managed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s terms of service. You may cancel at any time through Paddle’s customer portal.
API Keys (BYOK)
If you use the BYOK tier, you grant Lena permission to use your submitted API key solely to run analyses on your behalf. Your key is stored encrypted and is never used for any other purpose. You remain responsible for usage charges billed by your API provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdikt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lena’s outputs, including any investment losses.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Lena after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced via the bot.
