Refund Policy

Paddle as Merchant of Record
All Lena subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all sales. This means Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refund requests according to their standard terms.
To request a refund directly through Paddle: visit paddle.com/support or email the address on your Paddle receipt. Paddle’s standard refund window applies.
Verdikt Refund Policy
In addition to Paddle’s standard process, we will honour refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first subscription: if you subscribed and did not use Lena (no
/analysecommands run), contact us and we will process a full refund. - Service unavailability: if Lena was unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours during your billing period, contact us with dates and we will apply a pro-rated credit or refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@verdikt.co with:
- Your Telegram username
- The approximate date of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What Is Not Refundable
- Analyses already run during the billing period (the analysis pipeline incurs real API costs)
- BYOK tier subscriptions where the primary cost is borne by your own API provider
